You are more than welcome to come to our head office and have your key tested; we are able to test whether the battery needs replacing or if the remote part has failed. If you need a new battery, you will be here no more than 20 minutes and leaving with a fully working remote key. Assessments in the office are currently £15. Should any additional repairs or replacement parts be required following the assessment, further charges may apply.
Most keys are held in stock and can often be cut and programmed at the same time. In some cases, if the required key is not immediately available, we may need to place an order for it. Where necessary, a deposit may be required to secure the order, and we may also request supporting documents, such as photo ID, proof of address, and the vehicle logbook, for security purposes.
