If you have lost your car keys we do require to see your logbook and matching photo ID. This is to ensure yourself as the customer feel safe and secure using our service.
We do not damage vehicles to create a new car key, we either obtain the programming codes, or pick and decode the locks to obtain the key number and use our equipment, to get a new key programmed in quickly. Some vehicles can take longer than other due to their security please bear this in mind.
