If your vehicle's remote is not working, it may simply need a new battery. We can quickly replace the battery and test the remote to make sure everything is working correctly. If further work is needed, we can also advise on reprogramming or replacement keys. Please note that dealer keys require full payment up front, and delivery may take up to 28 working days. Key assessments carried out in the office are currently £15. Please note that any additional repairs, programming, replacement parts, or replacement keys required following the assessment will incur further charges.

Most keys are held in stock and can often be cut and programmed at the same time. In some cases, if the required key is not immediately available, we may need to place an order for it. Where necessary, a deposit may be required to secure the order, and we may also request supporting documents, such as photo ID, proof of address, and the vehicle logbook, for security purposes.
