We would suggest that if the vehicle has sat for a long period of time to test your battery, the vehicle does have an auxiliary battery on it, (Right corner of trunk) put the key in the ignition, turn it to the left, hold for several seconds and turn back to the right and try to start the car. This will activate the auxiliary battery to start the car.
From time to time we have to order you a Bentley key directly from the dealer therefore we would require a deposit to secure the order and occasionally supporting documents such as logbook, ID and utility bill are required for security reasons.
